So, I decided to start selling them on Etsy.com. **I know many people are against polymer clay for use as ear plugs, due to the fact that it is a porous material and can harbor bacteria. However, it is no better or worse than the popular acrylic plugs worn by so many. My earrings are not meant to be worn all day, but for special occasions, such as weddings, proms (if your parents let you stretch that is!), girls night out, and formal settings like work or dinner parties. I wear my jewelry all the time and have never had any problems or irritation (That is not to say that you are/aren't sensitive to polymer clay-everyone is different!).
